How does AI receipt scanning work?

When you upload or photograph a receipt, our AI (powered by Google Gemini) automatically extracts the vendor name, amount, date, and category. The AI processes the image in real-time and does not store your receipt images.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile page and scroll down to "Delete Account." You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes all your data including expenses, receipts, and account information.

Can I export my expense data?

Yes! Tap the export icon in the top navigation bar. You can export your expenses as CSV or PDF, with optional date range filters.

What currencies are supported?

Snaptrack supports 20+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, MXN, GTQ, CHF, and more. You can set a preferred currency in your Profile, and the AI will automatically detect receipt currencies.

How do team features work?

Business and Enterprise plans allow you to invite team members to your company. Team members can submit expenses, and admins can review and approve them with built-in approval workflows.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored securely on Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
