6. AI-Powered Features

The App uses artificial intelligence to process receipt images and extract expense data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before submitting expenses.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Quetzal Labs. You retain ownership of your expense data and receipt images. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quetzal Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Profile section. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
